About Auburn AI: How the Pipelines Work

Auburn AI is a Canadian digital publishing studio. It runs a network of editorial sites, a book catalog on Amazon, a set of YouTube channels and a small shop of digital tools, all produced on one shared content-automation stack.

The pipelines

The stack is built on self-hosted n8n for workflow orchestration, large language models for research and drafting, and WordPress for publishing. Each property type has its own pipeline:

Editorial pipeline

Topic research, AI-assisted drafting and structured buyer-guide templates feed each site. Before anything goes live, automated checks look for encoding errors, missing disclosures, unsupported claims and broken formatting. Published pages are then re-checked monthly for dead product links.

Video pipeline

Scripts, narration and visuals are assembled automatically, run through a content gate that blocks trademarks and unverifiable claims, and uploaded on a fixed schedule through the YouTube Data API.

Book production

Interior and cover engines build print-ready PDFs to Amazon KDP specifications: trim size, bleed, spine width and page count. Every title passes a visual quality check and is uploaded by hand. Nothing is auto-published to Amazon.

Operations & monitoring

Self-hosted n8n workflows and scheduled jobs handle site health, link checks, security monitoring and daily reporting, so problems surface before readers find them.
